The design of this unit incorporates the following features:

  • Powder coated mild steel body.
  • Easy to access hinged lid with micro switch cutout of the shaking platform.
  • Temperature control via a digital set point, digital indicating electronic temperature controller.
  • Switching via a responsive solid state relay control.
  • Air circulation via an axial fan ensures good heat distribution.
  • Plexi glass front window for viewing of samples.
  • Shaking platform easy to remove via four screws.
  • Speed setting via easy to use analogue control knobs and digital indicating RPM meter.
  • A variety of clamping clips can be used

  • Inside of chamber manufactured from 304 grade Stainless steel.
  • Outer Glass viewing port with double anti mist glazing .
  • Fan assisted air circulation for ensuring effective air circulation.
  • Micro switch cut off on door disabling the shaking platform.
  • Reliable quiet running motor with a belt drive ensuring a vibration free operation of the platform.
  • Speed adjustment via analogue control knobs and digital display of rotational speed.
  • Digital set point, digital process value indicating electronic controller, which is easy to operate and incorporates PID controller.
  • Internal light fitted to assist in viewing samples.
  • One shelf provided as standard.
  • Unit is provided with externally fitted, resettable push button circuit breaker, which acts as an additional protection to the unit.
